Quintus employs a variety of materials to ensure that a
given product meets design as well as budgetary needs.
Quintus has proven
expertise in processing carbon fiber, Kevlar™, and fiberglass in
both unidirectional and weave configurations. Our broad experience with epoxy,
temperature resilient epoxy/cyanate-ester blends, urethanes, vinylester and
polyester resin systems will ensure that a perfect match will be achieved
between material selection and product design.
- Composites Processing and Fabrication

Our engineers and technicians have broad experience in the processing of
composite structures. With over 30 years' experience in processing everything
from 35 foot long wind turbine blades to tightly toleranced, highly
radiolucent plates used in image-guided surgery, Quintus has employed the
process to get the job done right.
We have proven expertise in compression
molding, machining composite structures to tight tolerances, hand-lay-up
techniques, vacuum bag processing, foam core structure processing as well as
high-strength structural bonding and assembly of components.

Quintus’ engineering staff is ready to meet your design
and engineering challenges head-on. We provide computer aided design and
modeling services using Solidworks™ solid modeling design software. This
enables quick and concise communication of design parameters and exchange of
ideas. We can accept customer drawings in a variety of file formats.
We provide engineering services throughout the entire
production cycle – development, prototyping, and manufacturing.
