1970

Following 15 years of experience as a plastics development engineer with Pastushin Aviation, Goodyear Aerospace and Dynamic Science, Dick Cook launches Quintus to continue development work on safe aviation fuels systems and crashworthy fuel containers.
1973

Quintus is incorporated in Flagstaff, Arizona.
1987

Quintus relocates manufacturing operations to Camp Verde, Arizona and expands production space to 32,000 square feet. Quintus pioneers the use of composites into renewable energy, military, medical and recreation markets.
1990

Quintus is awarded Outstanding Service and Excellence in Product Support from Robertson Aviation.
1998

Quintus is awarded Smith & Nephew Raw Material / Engineered Product Supplier of the Year.
2001

Dennis McDonald is promoted to Quintus President.
2002

Quintus receives ISO 9000 manufacturing certification.
2003

Manufacturing facilities are increased to 26,000 square feet. Quintus is awarded Best of Show, ACE Award from the American Composites Manufacturers Association. Quintus is awarded Smith & Nephew Raw Material / Engineered Product Supplier of the Year.
2004

Quintus is awarded Smith & Nephew Raw Material / Engineered Product Supplier of the Year.
2010

Quintus receives ISO 13485 manufacturing certification.
2012

Quintus celebrates 40 years in business; adds new Haas turning lathe center.
2013

Renews ISO 9001 certificate; renews ISO 13485 certificate.
